Sean Pease - pastor
Sean grew up in this area. James Bowie Elementary, Westwood Junior High, and then J.J. Pearce High School. While he attended high school with Tammy, they wouldn't meet until the summer before college. She followed him to Texas Tech where they both graduated. They returned to Richardson to marry and start their family. When Sean's mother was diagnosed with breast cancer he began searching for answers to help his mom. he could find all kinds of information about her cancer but no answers to the major life question he had. He reached a point of dropping to his knees and asking God to help him.
After accepting Jesus Christ as his LORD and Savior, Sean began to get very involved in several ministries at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas. Choir, Bible Study Fellowship, Prison Ministry, and eventual began Prestonwood's first Cancer Care Ministry. God called Sean to short-term missions work in Eastern Romania. Next, he enrolled in Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth where he earned his Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages in 2008.
After serving as a youth pastor, God called the Pease family to start a new work in Richardson, Texas.

Trish Smith - Children's Minister
I have been in Children’s Ministry for over 25 years. Helping with Vacation bible School, teaching Preschool and children’s Sunday school classes, working in extended care for the preschool area during worship service and God allowing me to serve on staff as the Children’s Minister.
I have been married to my husband Gary for almost 33 years and have a son Eric, a daughter-in-law Aimee, a daughter Rachel, grandson Zane and grand-daughter Emmeline and anticipating the birth of their little brother our precious grandson Henry.
God has blessed me with the opportunity to serve Him in an incredible way by serving the children of our church and their families. At Impact we believe our role is to assist parents in the spiritual growth by providing age appropriate Bible lessons, games, and activities. With the utmost desire of children coming to a full understanding of having that personal relationship with Jesus Christ and helping them develop a deeper love and knowledge of God’s word and learning to apply His truths to their daily lives.

Lori Douglas - Women's Minister
My name is Lori Douglas and when God called me, He did not say to me; accept
Jesus only as your Savior and receive your blessing package - He said accept
Jesus as your Lord and Savior, turn from your old life and follow me. My desire
for the Women’s Ministry is that as we build and strengthen our friendships with
our faith sisters, God will empower and equip us to “Know Him more so we can
explain Him better to those who don’t know Him at all.”
